IT STARTED WITH THE DOUGH.
AMPM began in 1992 as a small family bakery with a simple passion: crafting exceptional dough. There was no complicated formula behind it. Make it fresh. Make it well. Make it consistently good. That dough became the foundation for the bakeries and pastries our customers came back for again and again. And as AMPM grew, so did the menu — from bakery into sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, grilled dishes, desserts and everyday favorites. Breakfast became lunch. Lunch became dinner. And a small family bakery became a local name that generations grew up with. Yet one thing never changed: it all starts with the dough.
